Design management from concept development right down to the chocolates on the pillows, the pens in the desk holders or the beans in the espresso machine! With our design management option we will source and procure the valuable new items, materials and finishes for your space; consult with the various contractors and work closely with the appointed contractors manager to ensure accuracy of design, oversee our trades and suppliers on and off site; allocate and manage the design budget and payments for the design project and bring to the table my expertise and experience gained over the past 22 years.
