Return clients from site Wild Fig called me to say they think they have found a home that could work as their long term dream home. Off I went to have a look at the potential and agreed wholeheartedly it had what it needed. We went with our teams to update the darker and dated areas to suit the family more. The clients loved the first home I did for them so much so that it was requested that some things get ‘copy pasted’ ☺ – I agreed but on condition I could still give each space its own flavour and the other areas got some major changes! 

It was a full and bustling building site as bathrooms were gutted, one or two walls removed, flooring replaced, tiling, painting, electrical, balustrades, exteriors changed, etc. etc. etc. 

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the stairwell, the entrance (and front door), 2 lounges, dining room, kitchen, study, playroom, 6 outdoor areas and the exterior of the home received the touch (aka complete overhaul) of Interiors Etc.  We also worked with Clayton Laue of Paarman Landscapes whose landscaping added the finishing touches to our overall design. 

Definitely one of favourite and most gut wrenching projects (as we had to lay down tools during lockdown in 2020) with absolutely fantastic and trusting clients.
