A house built in the 70’s and occupied by the original family until 2017 before being rented out was bought by only its second owners in 2021.  While the bones were good it needed some updating and rearranging. The lounge, kitchen and dining area were completely reconfigured with walls demolished and space grabbed form the small under cover stoep.  This led to a large open plan space that was amazing for entertaining. As usual I gave exceptional care to the design and use of space in the kitchen to ensure the utmost practicality and functionality. A deck was added and the outside areas given some major revamps while the bedrooms were given cosmetic upgrades to enhance the space in each room.  A very happy family were delighted with the changes!
