An older home in the established and leafy area of Kenridge had the ideal set up to have a flatlet built to add some extra income to this home for its new and savvy owners.

We transformed what was once a rather dark, dingy and dirty courtyard come braai area with different levels and steps to nowhere into a snazzy, usable and delightful flatlet with two bedrooms. The old servants quarters and part of the very large garage was incorporated into the design to make this a spacious home which the homeowners lived in for a few years and have subsequently let out to tenants.
