A graceful older lady in the outer suburbs of Cape Town was needing some TLC with makeup and a nip and tuck here and there! A new flatlet was also need for Grampa and his carer. 

The family called us in giving us creative license to create a home for them that reflected their fun lifestyle and bubbly personalities. Both mom and dad worked from home so along with redoing the bedrooms etc. we need to find space for two offices as well. 

Off we set with a talented team of trades and overhauled the exterior with new paint and paving, resized the pool, built an entertainment area, demolished internal walls, designed and installed a new kitchen, revamped the lounge, revamped 4 bedrooms, the flooring, the stairwell, a study, built a new office with glass doors within the house and Grandpa also received a space of his own with a 2 bedroom flatlet with its own entrance, garden and patio. 

An extreme makeover for sure!
