A lovely new family called me in to help them find a new home that would accommodate them as a family or possibly one that had the potential to be renovated to their dream home. We found a home in a prime school district that needed some tweaks but the bones were great to add onto.

With the help of additional slabs, we added a new main room with an Ensuite above the garage, leveled and extended the outdoor patio, added an insulated roof and ceiling to the patio, built in a large window seat and reconfigured and refinished the kitchen. 

The clients wanted light, bright and contemporary design that also allowed easy living with the 3 kids, two dogs and plenty of family visits.

The amazing family was delighted with their new spaces we created!
